This course is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theories of the human body:

Systemic Thinking: Our body is a complete living system, and many local problems stem from imbalances in the entire system. Therefore, we must focus on the whole system, maintaining and enhancing energy, clearing the meridians, promoting energy flow, and nourishing every organ and part of the body.

Daily Maintenance: We need to maintain our bodies regularly (at least 4 times a week) to ensure good blood circulation and normal function in all parts of the body.

Prevention is Better than Cure: After illness, the body takes a long time to recover and suffers pain. Therefore, the key to health lies in prevention. Spend a little time each day maintaining good health and ensuring all parts of the body function properly.

Symmetrical Exercise: Long-term asymmetrical posture can lead to skeletal misalignment and various diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the body from various angles—front, back, left, right, up, and down—to restore the bones to a healthy state.

Smooth Qi and Blood Circulation Brings Health: Many diseases are caused by poor local Qi and blood circulation. When Qi and blood circulation is good, these diseases can heal themselves. Therefore, we should ensure smooth Qi and blood circulation throughout the body.

Organ Health: The five internal organs are the foundation of health; healthy organs mean a healthy body.

This course is suitable for:

Relieving chronic pain and tension.

Daily maintenance for healthy and sub-healthy individuals.

Warm-up exercises before physical labor and sports.
